Snobar's Gulab Jaman Ingreidients: FOR STEP 1 : 500g Plain
flour, 500g Dry Milk Powder, 250g Fine Semolina (Suji), 2 Eggs,
1/2 Tea Spoon Green Elachi Powder, cooking
FOR STEP 2: 2kg White
Sugar, 10 Whole Green Elachi
Direction:
STEP 1: Using the above
ingredients make a dough mix (Atta) and make small round balls and fry
them in cooking oil until dark golden colour
STEP 2: take 2kg of sugar and add 1/2
jug of water and boil to make a syrup. Add 10 pcs of Green Elachi in the
syrup. Once the syrup is ready add fried Gulab Jaman and once the syrup is
soaked in the gulab jaman they are ready to eat
hot.
