Snobar's Rogni Naan ![]() Ingreidients: 2kg Self-raising flour, 1/2 kg Yoghurt, 1/2 kg Milk,
2 tea spoon of green elachi powder, 4 eggs, 250g sugar, 150g salt, 4 table
spoon rose water, 300g cooking oil, 1 table spoon kalvanji, 1 table spoon
whole white jeera
Direction: Using the above ingredients make a
dough mix (Atta) and leave it
for two hours before making
naan
The Naans are best made in clay oven
(Tandoor), but you can also make on tuwa.
Make the naan and put it on hot tuwa ,
when half cooked, put it under the oven grill until light
brown
