   Snobar's Recipe
 Khara Masala Chicken:
 
  Ingreidients:  One kg chicken cut into small pieces, 4 Tomatoes, 2 Tea spoon whole Dhania, 7 red chillies, 3 pcs of cinemon sticks,  1 tea spoon of whole jeera, 7 whole green chillies, 6 pce of whole long, 3 pcs of whole black elachi, 1 tea spoon of whole black pepper, 5 table spoon of yoghurt, 4 table spoon of cooking oil, 1 tea spoon of garlic, 1 tea spoon of fine cut ginger and green dhania.

Direction: Take 4 table spoon oil put in pan on low fire, put chicken in pan and spread it in the pan evenly in the base of the pan
 
Put one tea spoon of cut garlic on chicken, 1 tea spoon salt, cut tomatoes fine cut onions,
1 1/2 tea spoon of whole white jeera,
2 tea spoon  whole dhania,
3 cienmon sticks,
7 whole longs ,
7 whole dry whole red chillies (lay them on top of the chicken in a circle),
5 table spoon of yoghurt (again in a circle on top of chicken without mixing), spread averything evenly - do not mix,
5 green chillies push them in standing up in a circle,
sprinkle one tea spoon of cut ginger,
 Put the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.
Then lift the lid and sprinkle 1/2 tea spoon of haldi and put the lid back and let it cook for 10 mins.
After 10 mins lift the lid and move the chicken very little so it does not mix, so the colours stay separate.
Wait until water is dry and ghee is showing on chicken.
Your chicken is ready showing different colours of chicken, sprinkle green dhania and khara Masal Chicken is ready to eat.
